Yes, all our products are food safe and are lead-free.
All Patneau Ceramics pieces are microwave, dishwasher and oven safe. Avoid placing cold ware directly in the oven, or hot ware in the fridge/freezer as sudden changes in temperature may lead to cracking. Also, please be careful removing items from the microwave as some glazes may get hotter than others.
We do everything we can to package your order with care.
However if an order arrives damaged please send a photo of the damaged piece to info@patneauceramics.com within 3 days to receive a replacement or refund.
Custom & personalized pieces are not refundable. If you are unhappy with your online purchase please contact us at info@patneauceramics.com within 7 days and we would be happy to work with you to exchange or return your purchase. Purchases made at craft shows are not returnable.
We are not taking custom commissions at this time. We would be happy to talk with you about a custom glaze or personalized piece if it fits into our style and brand. Personalization of a product needs to occur before a piece is fired and is not returnable. Please contact us for more information.
Through our website we accept PayPal or credit/debit through PayPal. If you are picking up your order locally we will accept cash or Venmo at the time of pickup.
If items are currently in stock we try to complete your order within 5 business days. If items are not currently in stock we will notify you with an estimated time for creating your order. Processing is dependent on our kiln firing schedule.
If you are in the St. Louis, MO area we would be happy to arrange free local pickup for your order. Please choose "local pickup" as your shipping option and we will contact you as soon as your order is ready.
Sorry, we do not ship outside of the United States at this time.
